To get an exact match, line to line, some procedures must be followed by the garment manufacturer. Stripe Fabric Cutting and Check Procedure in Garments Industry that Must Have to follow:
- During laying, forks are given on both sides of the table. To keep the stripe of fabric straight and to maintain the tension, Stripe joined holding fork on both sides by rope.
- Both fork and laser light are used in our factory for stripe/ check matching.
- During cutting check fabric one side finish and other side block cutting. After scissoring is done by checking the finish side.
- In the case of striped fabrics, the center line or mirror should be in the same stripe fabric.
- Complete chest cutting should be done after finishing the lay.
- After cutting each front part should be separated by hand scissoring.
- Then re-lay. After relaying one side block and other side finish cutting again.
- Then according to the finish side, other side should be checked and the scissoring should be done.
- To match the check to the sleeve, first, complete block cutting should be done.
- Then, each pitch should be scissor. After the scissoring, the relay should be done with the fork again. After the relay, the finish cutting should be done.
- During quality checking after cutting one side block, the other side’s finish cutting should be confirmed.
- After scissoring check fabric during cutting quality checking finish cutting side and rock cutting side check balance is correct or not.
- After making things correct and finding good, cut panels are sent to the sewing section.
