To control moisture levels in garment goods, we have to control ambient humidity and temperature on the production floor. We recommend keeping humidity at less than 55%, more lesser would be better. This condition will help to control moisture levels.
Inspection/Audit:
- The section Auditor will be responsible for measuring with a moisture meter & keeping records.
- During all Inline inspections, GPQ will do the moisture checking & reporting.
- The Packing Auditor will be responsible for packing moisture inspection.
- All the inspection results should be checked by the section quality manager, GPQ & Head of quality.
