- Leading the team to ensure completion of all aspects of daily electrical maintenance operations including Planned Maintenance and Breakdowns.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly work planning, distribution, and monitoring activities of the Electrical Team.
- Responsible for Budget Management, Inventory Planning & Control.
- Preparation & presentation of MIS report for daily tracking of machine performance.
- Implementation of 6S, Quality Circle & TPM on the shop floor.
- Hand-on experience on machines i.e., Winding -Murata-21C & Savio-IDS Polar, Ringframe LR60- autodoffer LMW, Speed frame- Electrojet, Preparatory-LMW, Blowroom carding LMW & Truetzschler, Slub attachments- Laxmi CAIPO & Amsler.
- Electrical Design verification, BOQ Estimation, Man & Material planning, procurement, erection & installation activities for new Projects.
- Responsible for Performance Management, Training, and upskilling of team members.
- Interface with the production team to identify gaps and plan new initiatives.
- Coordinate with OEMs and service engineers to resolve critical issues.
- Spare Replacement & Procurement Planning.
- Timely Equipment Safety Audit.
Key Skills for Maintenance Job in the Spinning Mill
- Excellent knowledge of Preventive Maintenance planning and execution also hands-on approach on breakdown maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with PLC consists of a Ladder logic program, wiring, uploading & downloading the program, and troubleshooting.
- Practical and Theoretical knowledge of RLC including relays, contactors, timers, limit switches,
- RTD, thermocouples, temperature controller & sensors, etc.
- Operations of VFD and troubleshooting.
- Operation Maintenance of 11kv substation & LT (415V) switchgear.
- Leading activities in Energy saving & Kaizen.
- Capturing & Countermeasure on TPM16 losses to increase productivity
- Planning and execution of maintenance jobs to achieve the goal of increased MTBF and reduced MTTR.
- Monitoring PM Compliance, Plant downtime, and Inventory spares using SAP ECC6 & SAP HANA
- Attending breakdown of machines, fault finding & why-why analysis.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
- Hands-on experience with Hydraulic & Pneumatic circuits.
