6. Through intense learning & understanding of Spinning Technologies contributed to continuous improvement in Productivity & quality aspects during the spinning.
7. Looking after end-to-end management of mechanical maintenance department as per schedule and ensuring timely completion & delivery of work to management.
8. Investigating and solving plant problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems.
9. Implementation & Execution of New Spinning projects with proper planning and optimisation of parameters at all stages of spinning processes for achieving the desired results in terms of Productivity & Quality.
10. Ensuring that all activities are carried out as per the requirements of organizational policies.
11. Liaising with client departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagues.
12. Cutting any waste & unnecessary costs to create a streamlined process and fast production times
13. Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs; dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems & repairs.
14. Analyzing various processes /applications & recommending process modifications to enhance operations.
15. Improving health and safety policies & procedures
16. Handled all the Production, Maintenance & Quality related activities in the Spinning unit.
17. Working with other professionals in order to improve production facilities & reduce incidence of costly breakdown; developing strategies to improve overall reliability & safety of plant, personnel and production processes
18. Ensuring reduction in line rejection and cycle time of production, man hour & raw material inventory.
